🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed:
Reaching for my phone at 2AM, looking at the screen with tired eyes+tired mind, and feeling like “Ok, there’s no answer I’m going to find in here. It’s time to sleep.”
🌅 Morning pattern I noticed:
Going for a walk outside 10/10. Saw the moon 🌕 still out, a duck 🦆 that reminded me of Elvis Presley, the sun ☀️ rising, and remembered to check the mailbox 📪 Accountability “I just rolled out of bed but went for a walk” selfie🤳

😵‍💫👆I was confused about when I was allowed to close my open loop until I came back to the Day 4 classroom page and read the instructions again. Now I know for tomorrow.
