📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: emotional (however I’ve been making significant progress with it) 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: I do regularly take a hot bath and either read a physical book (no screens!) or play guitar before bed 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I do start with a drink of water and I splash my face with cold water. Not sure if I’m brave enough for the full cold shower yet 😂🤣😂🔁 I decided to close my open loop: because it’s time! And I feel ready 💭 And it made me feel: a warm feeling across my chest 🤯 What surprised me: how my surroundings reflect my mind!
