📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: trust in the fact that I can choose correctly what I can dedicate myself to that would give me satisfaction and success and actively and consistently do it.
🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: I didn't stop using mobile or laptop for 1 whole hour before going to bed... But I always used the blue blocker glasses that I bought for this reason.
🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I noticed that I didn't need the mobile and felt calmer and maybe even more focused.
🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: because I hadn't finished to write the post I wanted to use as well as I wanted to write it.
💭 And it made me feel: still doubtful about the content, let's say how much and what to reveal, so a bit physically tense or uneasy.
🤯 What surprised me: I definitely don't need to look at the mobile to "fill me with something" and it's really true that we use it to get quick dopamine..! 😕
