My lowest Harmony dimension: environment, career.
🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: l wasn't able to stay off my phone but l did dim the lights and stayed off socials, felt less anxious.
🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I think the biggest thing was taking a moment to get the sunlight in my eyes.
🔁 I decided to close my open loop: It was time to get it done.
💭 And it made me feel: Productive.
🤯 What surprised me: The bedtime revenge theory #thatsme 😬
