My lowest Harmony dimension: Spiritual Connection (1), Career (2)
Wind-down pattern I noticed: I don't currently have much of a wind-down pattern. Mostly it's just revenge time at night, trying to take back the time that wasn't mine during my day. Which usually amounts to video games or TV on the couch. Going to bed when I should feels like more time stolen from me, since it's really prep for the next day. So I often start my days at a deficit.
Morning pattern I noticed: It's on rails. Feels like a hamster wheel. The time doesn't feel like it belongs to me. The 20 minutes I get to have a cup of coffee with my wife before work flows by at hyper speed, but my workday is like wading through molasses.
I decided to close my open loop because the "idea debt" of it has become so unpleasant that just doing the thing is less stressful than *thinking about doing the thing*. It made me feel satisfied, at least temporarily.
