Day 4
My lowest Harmony dimension: Spiritual Connection (1), Career (2) Wind-down pattern I noticed: I don't currently have much of a wind-down pattern. Mostly it's just revenge time at night, trying to take back the time that wasn't mine during my day. Which usually amounts to video games or TV on the couch. Going to bed when I should feels like more time stolen from me, since it's really prep for the next day. So I often start my days at a deficit. Morning pattern I noticed: It's on rails. Feels like a hamster wheel. The time doesn't feel like it belongs to me. The 20 minutes I get to have a cup of coffee with my wife before work flows by at hyper speed, but my workday is like wading through molasses. I decided to close my open loop because the "idea debt" of it has become so unpleasant that just doing the thing is less stressful than *thinking about doing the thing*. It made me feel satisfied, at least temporarily.

CONFESSION TIME - OVERACHIEVER MASK DETECTED
Hi everyone, I feel to share this to be me in my vulnerability. The fist day the challenge started I was not so active and I didn't turn on immediately, I was close to give up on myself and don't give to much energy and focus in the first live till... ...I was called going on stage live with Jim. This turned me on and pushed me to be present 100% in the challenge BUT... ...the dopamine dropped by understanding that there were levels I could reach commenting and posting and this actived my achiever mask and I started getting hooked by the levels trying to get the next one in the shorter time possible... ...seeing my masks in action was painful for me...the one who tried to be perfect become the worst judge of herself and of others...and after observing my overachiever mask running the show, on day 2 I chose to observe it and I went deeper asking myself: - what I want to demonstrate? - how long I want to let my mask running the show? - how can I be active in a genuine, kind and authentic way and connecting with my tribe without betraying my true self? - what is hidden behind the competition? I am using this like a possibility to feel the pain of realizing that my masks chose for me all my life and holding myself without justifying my loops or labeled me like a manipulative person. I am still working on it, I will share more if I feel. For now, thank you to everyone of you, feel free to share what you feel. Hope this can help. See you soon in the class

That's a lot of important insight, @Federica Costantini. You're putting in work!
A work in progress...
Hi everyone..I am pretty new to all of this. I am 66 and found out, just recently, that I have ADHD. It's been a total game changer for myself and a totally new understanding why I do what I do. Also, why my life has always been so Chaotic, Challenging and full of so many ups and downs. I really want to learn how I can create some structure and routines in my life. Just this alone would help so much on creating a life that would be richer and fuller.

Good for you! I know a diagnosis is just the beginning, but it's nice to have understanding of why things have been the way they are. I'm having a consult with a psychiatrist next week to hopefully get an official diagnosis and treatment at (almost) age 55. Let's gooooo!
Day 3 ✅
It’s so interesting that each time I do this challenge I hit in different areas that I need to address. Today’s hidden belief is “I'm hopeless, I'll never get it done. I can't do it, I need someone to show me or do it for me." I think I’ve always like to be rescued because then I don’t have to worry about doing it wrong and being discovered as incapable. And yet, the interesting flip side is that when I work at my own pace with systems I understand and where I don’t have to worry about other’s sighing & eye-rolls I am capable and achieve lots. So the new code is…I can do what I need to when I’m working with my brain not against it.😉 I am highly capable when I put my systems in place.

Love that new code!
Day 3
The belief that's been holding me back most: "The result is always going to be the same, no matter how many times I try. Why bother?" Where it came from: Self-defense against disappointment, maybe? I avoid failure by not even trying. So all of my creative ideas stay locked up in my head, where they can remain perfect. But the cost of avoiding has become higher than any potential failure that could happen. My new code: The part of me that avoids showing up for myself is my brain trying to protect me. It keeps me in a place of pleasing others, which is easier and self-explanatory. Meeting my own needs has felt messy and selfish and unsafe. But I *am* safe. My needs matter. I matter. I can do the things I love simply because I love to do them. My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who feels joy from creating and sharing what I have created." Debugging in progress...
