📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Career / Financial Stability 🌙 Wind-down pattern I notice: Avoiding going to bed due to feeling guilty about not achieving enough in this day yet.... feeling too low energy and lacking in focus and motivation to use the time well, so it just gets frittered away unproductively.🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: doom-scrolling or getting distracted by interesting posts, messages, emails and requests... and these just chewing up hours with no significant progress being made on the things that really matter. 🔁 I decided to close my open loop: and messaged the person at the finance company. (She set me a link to make a time to meet with her in a week or so). There's still a lot more to do on that project, but I have made progress and asked for help. 💭 And it made me feel: less panicky, afraid, and down on myself. Relief and a bit more calm. 🤯 What surprised me: How a small step in the right direction really helps my body, mind and nervous system to feel calmer.
