📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: money and work
🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: that I am doing it all wrong by staying up and watching tv
🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: when I get up, I grab my phone. I know it's wrong but I still do it.
🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: because it's boring!!!
💭 And it made me feel: heavy and annoyed.
🤯 What surprised me: I don't feel anxious like other people. They feel it in their chest or stomach. I numb myself out. I don't allow myself to feel. Just realising my nervous system is burnout.
