Day 3 ✅ Done!
I am going to sidestep the template example for day 3! Because I am not currently able to answer those questions 😅 (except maybe, inspired by Suzi, a belief that "I am incapable of keeping a routine", "I cannot start hard/boring tasks", and "I am terible at finishing projects".
Besides that, I also do remember thinking (during the live video), that it was a really nice refresher of a lot of things that I kind of already knew (that your thoughts can affect the outcome and world around you) 🤗 And I also noted down an interesting quote as soon as Jim said it, that "Everytime you want to add something new to your life, you should always start asking 'what am I going to remove from my life?'" - this is something I never concidered. I just kept trying to put more things on my plate, and then get frustrated when it didn't work out 😅
