1 find another open loop (decided on sorting out paperwork)
2 choose one of the smaller piles that is sitting on the floor.
3 Find folder, that paperwork goes in once sorted
4 Find hole puncher
5 take pile and sort in date order
6 punch holes
7 place in folder.
8 put folder back in cupboard.
