Day 1 Accountability

First let me say that the AI tool is freaking amazing. And just the sound of Jim’s voice can bring me to tears. It’s so soothing and validating. I’m pretty sure the sound is in 4D because I can hear the way it bounces between my ears.

But today’s learning take away —

Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized something wild: I can crush it professionally but can't get off the couch to run or clean my own house. Turns out my "controlled chaos" office isn't disorganization - it's the one system I built that actually matches how my brain works. Curious where this goes next.
