I have been doing breath training from an early age - as a singer and also as a scuba diver! That, however, is a misrepresentation of breathwork, which is a completely different thing. Despite not really believing that it was going to help me, I did my best to engage, followed Yoran's instructions and now find myself the most relaxed that I have been in months. I am decided - I will find a way to make this a regular part of my life. This could be the magic bullet that lets me sleep when I need to. Thank you
