Everywhere I am reading about small steps. my ugly "go big or go home" (great expression I learnt yesterday) is now tackling a funding application for a project that I really care about, that is about being more authentic and a trip to Japan. Here is where the problem is. There is a deadline and I need to lock most of the expenses into a budget for a trip to Japan. My first trip last year I was dealing with the same overload about info/prices/working out transport and so on minus the funding bit. Any idea how to do this when part of teh project will probably to continue my research and ideas will come and decisions will be made in a few months. But the system is write it all down, price it up, submit and wait for 3 months for them to decide. Nothing can be prebooked or bought before the decision. My head hurts. Any advice greatly appreciated.
