What is the different kind of apps you have downloaded, in the hope they might somehow help you manage your ADHD? What are your experiences? (I would like to hear both the good and bad reviews).
I just started a 7-day trial on an app called 'Clarify ADHD' a few days ago. It was supposed to be designed specifically for ADHD-people, but so far I am EXTREMELY unimpressed and dissatisfied 😅🤣 It feelss like it is mainly throwing some useless quotes in my direction. Only one function I can see so far, is the ability to make a daily to-do list where you set a specific amount of time for every task, and then you can enter a Deep-work mode, with a countdown for each task (with a little background music, and once in a while there will be a voice checking in and ask how you are doing or cheer you on).
