I want to share some of my personal hacks for having a better period.
Over the last four years, I’ve learned to truly listen to my body after dealing with extremely painful periods—cramps, vomiting, intense pain, and days when I could barely move.
1. water with electrolytes
2. cycle seeds
3.confort food and easy to digest
4. no sodas, no coffee, no gluten (there will be time for that).
5.walk at least 30 min per day, except for the 1-2 days of the period
