I'm sure you've seen the viral lymphatic drainage moves everywhere on socials: the hops, arm swings, body waves. They're trending for a reason, cause they actually work.
I've been doing these movements in the morning for months now without even calling them "lymphatic drainage moves" and I've seen such a great shift in how my body feels and looks.
Your lymphatic system is basically your body's cleanup layer. When it's moving (literally, lymph relies on movement), everything else works better:
  • Hormones = better circulation means better hormone distribution and metabolism
  • Digestion = reduced bloating and inflammation
  • Skin = improved circulation and toxin clearance
  • Energy = less inflammation = less your body fighting itself
  • Cycle symptoms = reduced congestion, better blood flow, less cramping
So this shouldn't just be just a trend, should be a practice!!
