It really is easy. So why is it so hard? 😂 Because we don’t have the right script? Because we don’t have the killer AI tool? Because we don’t have authoritaaay? That’s not it!! It’s because humans NATURAL focus is on their own self interest. This means that when 99% of people try to “sell” something they focus on their prahdukt. And they talk about their prahdukt. Instead of talking about what their PARTNER is self-interested in. Result: NO sale and ghosting. 👻 A coffee date IS a sale too. It’s a sale of time and energy. If you’re the 99% who focus on your prahdukt… ❌ Marketing ❌ Licensing ❌ Sale saver campaign ❌ Auction ❌ Rainmaker Etc… You are gonna be drinking alone honey! 😀 Now… Nobody wants that. Here’s how to change it… Change your focus. ✅ Focus on THEIR upside potential. ✅ Focus on THEIR downside risk. When there is massively LOPSIDED ratio of (relevant) upside to downside they will invest 15 minutes for coffee 9 times out of 10! To realistically ballpark THEIR upside you’ll need to do some RESEARCH first. And then… You remove the risk for them. (Which is Ronin’s Mini-Monopoly.) Here’s a somewhat hypothetical example: (The convo between a potential partner and a Ronin went cold. Why? Because the convo steered into prahdukt talk around the details of licensing. 🤮. The potential partner has a training which can be used by radiologists and doctors. I suggested research and then something like the below as a follow up.) “There are over 7,000 radiology clinics in the U.S. alone that could massively benefit from your Scan training. If my calculations are right and we got 70 to license your training that would add about $700,000 a year in licensing revenue. I haven’t even researched licensing it to individual doctors or internationally. . Would it be worth a coffee over Zoom to see if it makes sense for us to team up on this? Where I do all the legwork and sales on a paid only for results basis?” Do you see the upside/downside?

Opportunities in my own backyard
I co-own a campsite in a big tourist spot in Norway (Geiranger). For years we’ve just gotten new guests without getting their contact info. We have also referred tons of guests and tourists to different sightseeing trips in the area. Without any commission. Just selling our little spot of Norway onesie twosie. Luckily being in Ronin has made me realize the potential we´ve been sitting on. Now I’m setting up QR-codes to a simple ai-tool I cooked up in two hours. This is a tool that will be helpful for the rest of their trips. And make me able to refer them to all kinds of other stuff related to camping. Next step is to offer this tool and other tools to other sellers in this niche. Other campsites, van rentals and sellers etc. The ideas of owning more assets (email lists of buyers of motorhomes), giving away tools, and selling to sellers and actually doing it would not be possible without Ronin.

Seems like you've had an epiphany or 3 which is great. How many campers do you get each year and do you get any referrals (Likely word of mouth - which is not an asset) from them, if so, what % do you think it is? Obviously the lost opportunity costs todate could be substantial. And do you know the LTV of each camper? Might have an idea or 2 for you.
