First offering, I would love to get some feedback on how to best improve it. Thank you for your interest and support! Who Controls Your State of Mind? A lot of people ask me how I got into hypnosis and hypnotherapy. The main thing that made me love hypnosis was learning state control. You see, my emotions would yo-yo day to day, up in the sky one day, down in the dumps the next, and I had no real control over it until I learned hypnosis. Its kind of like travelling with a tour group vs having your own local travel expert/guide. With a tour group, you have to go where the group goes and everything is on a schedule. When you have your own guide, you can choose what you want to see or do next. When you lack State Control, your feelings are reactions to your environment. You let your surroundings control your state of mind. When you have State Control, you choose how you're going to feel. You determine if today is an adventure, an interesting challenge, a time to chill, etc. You decide what sights you are going to see, where you wish to explore, and what questions you will ask your guide! I've spent thousands of dollars with different hypnosis teachers; some great, some not so great, and I put together methods to master State Control, and while I'm only human, and I still can feel sad or depressed at times, overall, I feel I'm blessed and having a pretty great life. I don't have the daily yo-yo of letting others control my state. Friday at noon I will be teaching the basics of State Control for FREE to my friends on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram. All you need to do is comment below, the question is "Who Controls Your State of Mind?", post "I DO!" if you want to attend this free training. Special thanks to great minds Justin Tranz, Russell Brunson and Greg Bornstein for helping to inspire this message and training. Who Controls Your State of Mind?
