What has been the best outreach method for providing DBR services? From your experiences, what's been the most fruitful and sustainable?

It's Friday people!! Quick question: Does anyone happen to have a sheet or table that shows pricing for LC-GHL email, sms, calls, etc charges? I have a client who wants a price chart or somthing to see. I know I will have to add my own marck up but wondering if there is something done I can start with. Much appreciated,Thanks!

Iv went back to free offers now, want to test it out. Going to run a funnel like this.. 1. Ads for free reacrivation + fb ads set up 2. Book call funnel for fb ads set up with a questionaire 3. Sale into fb ad management and nurture on sales call. Ill let you guys know how it goes!
