Hey everyone, I'm Ante. Just joined and excited to be here. I'm starting an AI automation agency and the first system I really want to nail down is a proper speed-to-lead and lead nurturing setup in GoHighLevel. I want to build something where the moment a lead comes in they get contacted fast and then get nurtured automatically through follow-ups until they convert. I've been trying to figure it out on my own but honestly I can't find a solid guide that walks through the whole thing from start to finish — just bits and pieces everywhere. If anyone here has built this kind of system before I'd really appreciate hearing how you did it, what worked, what didn't, and what I should focus on first.
