Snow and an Apple Cinnamon Power Bowl
Yesterday we woke up to so much snow and it was cold! It reminded me of the snowfall we used to get growing up. I wanted something warm and cozy. The only changes I made were: instead of raisins I used barberries (a longevity superfood), pumpkin seeds instead of nuts, and almond milk instead of soy milk.
