How do I start my Calisthenics journey?
1) Introduction : Hello everyone👋, let me introduce myself first. My name is Susan Rai. I am currently 17 yrs old. I am from Nepal. I am new to Calisthenics and I am looking for your help and guidance on how to start my Calisthenics journey. My experience till now 2) My History : I was a very skinny guy and was often made fun of by others for being skinny in my school years. So after I graduate my middle school I went to gym for 3 months and gained 10 kg. I was doing fine but for my highschool I had to move out to city for a better education. And the gym is far from my current location. So I switched to Calisthenics. 3) My Records : - I can do 25 - 30 push ups in one set. - Around 8 - 10 reps in one set in pullups. - My weight is currently 54 kg and my height is 5 feet 10 inches. 4) Questions❓: - How can I increase my reps ? - Which type of training style should I follow? - And if you guys can send me your workout routine, it would be highly appreciated 🙂, thanks. - How do I make my diet plan? HELP!
Hello Guys i just start doing CALISTHENICS but i am not able to do even one pull ups, I can do 12 push ups 2 reps. any help would appreciated.

Hello @Kumail Haidari I myself am a beginner but I can do pull ups. I was just like you. At first I also couldn't do any pull ups but gradually I learned it and unlocked my first ever pull up. TIPS : 1) Try doing negative pull ups. ( Get a chair 🪑 and stand on it then grab the bar and start from the top then gradually come down ) Do it 3 sets for 8 to 10 reps . 2) You can also try hanging on the bar for 1 to 2 min or if you can't then till failure. 3) You can also try holding one position for as much as you can . ( It is divided into 3 parts Top, middle and bottom). For top : Grab the chair 🪑 and grip the bar and try to maintain your chin above the bar for as long as you can. But don't let the bar go after you can't hold it anymore. You can do the negative pull up from the top to bottom and then hang as long as you can. 4) Stay consistent to it and don't forget to rest. Recovery is very important. I hope this will help you my friend. It took me around 2 weeks to unlock my first pull ups. So don't rush and trust the process.
