1) Introduction :
Hello everyone👋, let me introduce myself first. My name is Susan Rai. I am currently 17 yrs old. I am from Nepal. I am new to Calisthenics and I am looking for your help and guidance on how to start my Calisthenics journey.
My experience till now
2) My History :
I was a very skinny guy and was often made fun of by others for being skinny in my school years. So after I graduate my middle school I went to gym for 3 months and gained 10 kg. I was doing fine but for my highschool I had to move out to city for a better education. And the gym is far from my current location. So I switched to Calisthenics.
3) My Records :
- I can do 25 - 30 push ups in one set.
- Around 8 - 10 reps in one set in pullups.
- My weight is currently 54 kg and my height is 5 feet 10 inches.
4) Questions❓:
- How can I increase my reps ?
- Which type of training style should I follow?
- And if you guys can send me your workout routine, it would be highly appreciated 🙂, thanks.
- How do I make my diet plan? ( I have no idea about it , I eat whatever my mom makes )
