I'm so done with winter. Now the weather people are saying a blizzard for Sunday night into Monday. 12-18 inches of snow with 55+ mph winds. I'm going to try to not think about that and wear something tropical today.

Was watching @Edward Mooney progress and move on to explore indie/niche oppurtunities!!! this is one of the houses that those wishing to explore niche at an affordable price tend to gravitate to this is the way and this is how I did it.
