As most of you know, every Saturday we bake together In Crust & Crumb Academy. We've got three star breads to choose from this week: 🧄 Savory Spanakopita Star Bread — Spinach, feta, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes. The original. Salty, creamy, with a little heat. This is the one on the Recipe Pantry. 🩷 Two-Tone Beetroot Star Bread — Same enriched dough split into two colors using beetroot powder. Pink and gold twists with a cinnamon filling. This one stops people mid-scroll. 🍯 Cinnamon Sugar Star Bread — Softened butter, cinnamon sugar between every layer, finished with a simple glaze. Pull-apart cinnamon roll energy in star form. Same dough. Same shaping technique. Same bake time. The only thing that changes is the filling and the color. All the tutorials are in the classroom.
