I need to shoutout @Jenifer Merifield and her community The Art of Integration Club. She breaks down personal growth books so you can gain wisdom in practice and not just knowledge. 💜
🎉 Posting Party Begins on Monday - Are You In???
It's been awhile since I hosted a posting prompt party, so I thought this would be a great time to get all our new members involved as well as stir up some of you that are maybe feeling a bit uninspired. Starting on Monday, I will post a prompt for you to respond to. The party will culminate with a live meet up of the PERSONALS on Friday! 🎉 Rules of Engagement: 1. Have fun with it and don't overthink it! 2. Be careful about WHERE to post. I will let you know if you should post in the comments or in a new thread. 3. For every post you make, leave at least 2 comments on other people's posts. 4. Try to make thoughtful comments and/or ask questions. This is a great opportunity to build relationships and get to know each other - a crucial skill in business. Gifs are fun, but are not considered a comment by themselves. 😉 Are you up for it? Give me a sign in the comments below and then have a great weekend!

MahJongg Anyone?
I started a community just for fun. I've not built it, but I do have a vision of what it could be! Seeing if there's interest....

OMG! 🤩
I am not sure I feel comfortable making this post, but what the hack, I am doing it any way.. 3 days ago I made a new community. Unfortunately it was placed in the money category (they where not open to moving it elsewhere 🙃) and I started off at place 5000 something. Now look at this! (photo). I am ABSOLUTELY loving the vibe in there. And that is thanks to some great people like @Chris Brandwein who supported me in starting this adventure and @Sumit Sharma who just joined today. I made my first ‘The Visitor’ review and I am happy it landed so well. It make me realize that fulfilling your purpose doesn’t always look like you think it does. This comes so naturally and I enjoy it so much and it still is of value for others, I can still be of service. In a lighter and more authentic way. If you’d like to join, I would be really happy to have you 💛 The Visitor

Would You Rather....
We had such an amazing call today in the PERSONALS. Yes, it started off a bit awkward (and that was mostly my fault) but the ball got rolling and we were able to have a wonderful conversation about collaboration and engagement (3 members even stayed on the call for an hour after I had to leave - thank you @Alexander Walter for taking the reins!). We do two calls a month - one is what I call and exchange of business cards where we introduce ourselves, what our groups do, and who they are for. It is recorded and the recording is shared with the group (just to be clear, there are no actual business cards...). The other call is a version of what we did today where it is just a casual conversation about a topic of interest. The "business card" exchange is earlier in the day and usually has 20+ people in attendance. The discussion is later in the day and usually has about a dozen people in attendance. What I'm wondering is: is it the time of day that makes the difference or the type of call that makes the difference? My kids are really into the "Would You Rather" game right now, so I thought we could play along too. Please vote in the poll and then explain your answer in the comments below. If you are not attending these sessions because you are not a premium member, please let me know what would be necessary for you to become premium for $3/month. So the question is: Would you rather have two "business card" exchanges each month OR would you rather have the discussion meeting earlier in the day???

Not voting, but just here to see what it's about, since I wasn't able to attend yesterday.
