Time to celebrate?! ❄️
I feel during these cold months we need to acknowledge our wins more than anything!!! Motivation drops when daylight drops. And this (lack of) sunlight affects our drive, mood, focus... But we can reverse engineer this. We name a win > We create feedback > We build momentum first So I have AN IDEA! 💡 Let’s dig a bit and name some wins ON PURPOSE (even if they might sound small, or not wins at all) What’s one small win from the last few days... Something your body noticed Something you didn’t push Something you said no to Something you finally did Something you let go of Or mayyyyybe some symptoms that got reduced?

Seed cycling.
I have started to attempt seed cycling, since I've seen so many talk about it, and it seems like an easy way to help your cycle. The thing is, I'm a little unsure if it's a legit tool or just some influencer that started a trend, because I've seen some decent argumentations, but at the same time, there are so many different versions of what seeds to put in what parts of the cycle. What I read my way to is: first part of the cycle. 1-2 tablespoons of - Linseed and pumpkinseeds Second part 1-2 tablespoons of - Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. This is still my first cycle trying it out, but I just wanted to know if anyone has experience with this or something clever to say on the matter :)

Dealing with insulin resistance?
Hey loves, I'm curious, how many of you have dealt with or are currently dealing with insulin resistance or maybe have dealt in the past? If yes: What symptoms showed up for you? What actually worked to improve it? What didn't work (so we can skip the BS)? I'm gathering real experiences from real women because honestly, the textbook advice doesn't always match what actually happens in our bodies... Drop your story below. Let's learn from each other. Hello, I'm not dealing with insulin resistance.
Build your macro plate
Hiiiiii my loves 🧡 Let’s talk about how you build your plate, because this is one of the places where things quietly go out of balance without you even noticing. Without making any attacks, but I see this so often! >> Most women think they eat “pretty healthy.” But when you look closely, the plate often misses the STRUCTURE your hormones need. I think in about 7/10 cases I see way too little protein compared to carbs. Remember the hand method to measure the ratios? (added image) When this structure is missing, your blood sugar shifts faster, cravings rise, your mood feels more sensitive, and PMS symptoms get louder. Your body signals it immediately! So I want to hear from you: 👉🏻 What does your usual breakfast look like? 👉🏻 Do you build meals around protein or around carbs?

Thank you for the picture. It's easier to remember! For breakfast, it is : - Crepes 🥞 (french pancakes : 3 eggs, 8,8oz flour, 17oz milk, this recipe make 8 crepe, I eat 2 or 3 with sugar) - Or bacon and scrambled eggs (3) - French toast (3 eggs, 17oz milk, sugar and soaked bread) - Pancakes

Hello, I'm Sophie from France, near Geneva in Switzerland. I'm 39. I'm a mum of a 12yo boy. I'm here to learn how my body works every step of the cycle. I would like to improve my nutrition, exercices and how I feel. The support I'm looking for right now is how to have confidence in me in a long term. I love running, cycling and swimming so I compete in triathlon. ☀️☀️☀️
