I'm feeling stuck...
I'd been uploading videos for 5 months and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I just feel like shit, putting in so much effort and then getting a few views. I'm really grateful for any reviews here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSvxzVKwaoMTHWQrshkuWdg I appreciate it.

Hello, there’s a bunch of things to improve : • the thumbnails are sometimes missing or non-thumbnails, the other times they don’t convey the topic, like showing a bed at night does not mean sleep procrastination, you have to find a way • the titles are not clickbait enough, something is missing to make viewers watch right now • you have no authority, why should people take advice from to a teen in his bedroom ? (kirby has a trick to solve this) • your accent and pronunciation of English is good, what’s bad is your voice, it is not "present" and this plays on your authority (imagine if your friends were talking and you wanted to interrupt them, with that voice you could not, look for the techniques used by comedians and speakers) • the editing is bare minimal, the rule is the worse is the script the better the editing needs to be to compensate for retention loss • your room/setup could look a little better (this has a minor effect): put more light on you than on your background, remove the big green thing, hide cables, use the whiteboard etc • what do you offer that competing videos don’t ? what’s the reason to watch YOUR channel ?

@Nik Tivadar Every channel should have a niche. when you define your target persona you'll list its problems and that will define your content pillars. GPT4 can help. For the voice, look for tips from vocal coachs or pro singers.
Can I get some feedback on my a video idea?
Hey everyone, so right now I’m in the process of figuring out the packaging of a video I’m making. The niche is fitness & health, and I have a video idea that I can’t figure out the title of. The titles I’m working with are “The great exercise experiment” & “How I’m turning myself into a human experiment” & “The great human exercise experiment.” Basically in this video, I want to offer an approach to training I haven’t seen anywhere else(basically being a freak all rounder if you get what I mean). And I’m trying to brainstorm ways to convey that better in the title. I’m still sketching out some thumbnails for this video, but I seriously think this video could be one of my best ones yet and I haven’t seen anyone do it. Any advice would be appreciated.

“The great exercise experiment” and “The great human exercise experiment.” mean nothing. “How I’m turning myself into a human experiment” is interesting but you would need a banger thumbnail to make sense of it, and already have a large audience that would care for what happens to you. "basically being a freak all rounder" this means nothing. Whatever is the actual idea, you need to put it in the packaging, you can't reveal it in the video. So if it's for example lifting weights underwater, then the packaging needs to be this, and the video will tell how you discovered the method, what are its benefits, how to execute it etc.

Questions about building an audience growth
Hi! I would like to ask you for advice on building an audience. 1. What is more important? Video quantity or quality? (Sometimes I spend several months preparing something that doesn't necessarily attract people, but the one video that I took in one shot in one afternoon is best performing on my channel and has over 100k views). 2. Should I have one channel or several? (My interests: Painting, 3D Graphics, Philosophy, Keyboard Design for VR, Bible analysis etc... do not reach the same audience and I currently have several channels in different languages) 3. Is it better to publish in English or your native language? (My interests are universal, not local, but it takes me 4 times longer to create content in English due to translation and more repetitions. Someone said that because of my accent I sound unauthentic and it would be better to hire a voice-over artist with a good accent and correct grammar when advertising a product.) What do you think about it? What about automatic AI translation? Maybe I should post in both languages? 4. Is it worth making YouTube shorts? And if so, is it worth uploading them to other platforms? I mainly use YouTube, but I know there are videos there that are copied from Instagram or TikTok? Are tags and descriptions important?

1) What's more important is identifying leverages that will increase quantity or quality. Do not go by trial and error alone at home for months. 2) Should you make several cakes when you haven’t found the recipe ? You won’t eat today. 3) Why even consider a language that is not your own ? The English market is likely to be more competitive than any other. 4) Shorts are worth only if you really like it, or if you’re a brand.
Need Tips to Monetize a You Tube Channel with $100K+ Subs
Hi Team, My father and I created a You Tube Channel in the Cooking Niche and we reached $100K+ subs with around 200 uploads in 4 years time. But we are yet to monetize it in a good way. Any tips on the ways it can be monetized? Channel Link below! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCF2w4uZqwWrcdlWk2JuHzsg

@Markus Seb Also : sell them what they want, but give them what they need.

@Samar Sisodia Hmm then you can resume production with a new cook. Or, you can republish old videos with a new packaging (and then delete the old one to avoid reused content infringment)
1K-10K Subs?
TL;DR What are some tips to get from 1K to 10K ACTIVE AND ENGAGED subs on Youtube? I started posting videos in earnest about 6 months ago, and last month I hit 1K Subs (1267 now). My stats appear to be on a solid and steady growth curve for the last 3 months. For example in the past 28 days I've had 11.5K views (Growth of 8K over average), 1.3K Watch hours (+984), 308 Subs (+207), 133K Impressions (+ 38%). The plan as of now is to start monetizing at about 5K subs via Skool, and to get the channel to 10K by the end of the year. What are some resources, tips, and tools to address the 1K to 10K gap? I see info and groups out there to get to 1K, as well as Kirby's group for 100K+, but I'm not seeing much in the middle. Thanks for the help, I'm excited I found Skool and this group!
