1K-10K Subs?

TL;DR What are some tips to get from 1K to 10K ACTIVE AND ENGAGED subs on Youtube?

I started posting videos in earnest about 6 months ago, and last month I hit 1K Subs (1267 now). My stats appear to be on a solid and steady growth curve for the last 3 months. For example in the past 28 days I've had 11.5K views (Growth of 8K over average), 1.3K Watch hours (+984), 308 Subs (+207), 133K Impressions (+ 38%).

The plan as of now is to start monetizing at about 5K subs via Skool, and to get the channel to 10K by the end of the year.

What are some resources, tips, and tools to address the 1K to 10K gap?

I see info and groups out there to get to 1K, as well as Kirby's group for 100K+, but I'm not seeing much in the middle.
