Ok, slow progress but feels like great progress: a guy with 17k members and low engagement asked for my availability for a virtual coffee to talk about auctions. I don't really know what to talk about in the call but I'll figure it out, I guess ahah. I'll rewatch the training on the pop-up and the 24h auctions. Wish me luck ahah

@Travis Sago I'd like this as well
Would love some eyes on this pre-auction post
Testing a pre-auction post for a mixed audience (corporate trainers + some HR/L&D folks). Quick context- This company certify coaches to deliver workplace wellness programs inside corporations. working on problems like quiet quitting, disengagement, culture rot and attrition... the stuff boards actually lose sleep over. The list is ~100k people (with ~5k buyers and past event attendees) The pain I'm trying to hit isn't more leads or better marketing. It's this - - You're good at what you do. You deliver real value. And you're still treated like a one-off vendor. - The feast-and-famine cycle. - Being priced like a commodity. - Chasing $1k workshops while watching A-Listers land long-term partnerships. The shift I'm testing is moving someone from 'trainer for hire' to 'Corporate A-Lister'. Would love feedback on the pre-auction post below šŸ‘‡ ________________________________________________________ Quick question: would you bid $1 on this? Okay, this might sound crazy… I’m thinking about auctioning off the License to the exact infrastructure we use to sign $100k+ year-long corporate contracts. Most corporate trainers are fighting for $1k-$3k one-off workshops. āŒ Waiting on HR. āŒ Negotiating day rates. āŒ Hoping the calendar fills. Meanwhile… Corporate A-Listers live in a completely different world. They get summoned for year-long contracts. They’re called in when the fires are real – People leaving, cultures breaking, profits leaking quietly. Boards are desperate for fixes. But the number of people who can actually architect a 12-month solution is shockingly small. āœ… Those people fly business. āœ… Stay at the Ritz-Carlton suite. āœ… And walk into boardrooms as the only person who can stop a massive crore-level bleed. I’m considering letting one person step into that role using the same system we use. Not just for year-long mandates– but quarterly retainers and high-paid workshops that actually move the needle. They wouldn’t be building from scratch.

@Travis Sago Appreciate the reminder šŸ˜…
I built a 2.3K cold email community and I'm looking for ONE partner to monetize with
I run Reddit community for cold emailers. - 2.3K members - 600+ daily visitors - 34.6K monthly views - Growing +665 members last month I've never monetized this community but I'm looking to start. The audience is cold emailers. People looking for better deliverability, reply rates, templates, strategies to book meetings. I'm looking for ONE partner to start with. Someone who has an offer that actually helps cold emailers and doesn't burn my community's trust. I'm open to: - Affiliate deals - Revenue share - Flat fee promotions - Whatever structure makes sense I'm open to promoting courses, tools, SaaS, services - anything that solves real problems for people doing cold outreach. What I'm NOT doing: - Pushing a bunch of buttons and doing all the work myself - Spamming my community with garbage offers - Running 10 different promotions at once I'm the sole admin, so I control what gets promoted. But I'm not going to abuse that. I want to promote things that add value while I'm promoting them. If you have an offer that fits cold emailers and you know how to sell to Reddit audiences (or want to learn), comment or DM me. Let's figure out if there's a fit.

Looks like @Andrew Miner ran that auction for cold emailers... maybe worth testing the same offer with your community.
HEEEY
Hello everyone, I'm new here and super excited but also super afraid because you all look scary good too me and after 7 years in online marketing I still haven't achieved much, only had a brief moment making 25 grand in 2.5 month helping coaches and consultants start and grow their online biz in the Italian market but then I screwed up big time and lost everything. Been rebuilding ever since but starting from 0 it's been tough. I now have hope that I can do this but I have 3 weeks before I have to default on all my bills (not that much tbh, just $3-4k would save me). I have built a local community of entrepreneurs of all types, including wantrapreneurs (5k+ people on Meetup and other channels) here in Valencia, Spain and I host weekly networking events with 6-10 people. Most of these people are as broke as me, with even less of a track record ahah but some could become partners. I'll create a specific post on ideas on auctions later but here I just wanted to introduce myself, hope to get to work with some of you on something exciting soon! To your BIG dream

CDOD: A coffee date and a lead
Woke up to two warm leads today. Second best alarm after sales notification, I guess šŸ˜‚ Sent out a quick loom about the auction campaign… and almost immediately people started replying. ā€œShivam, I don’t understand a word you said.ā€ ā€œHow is this even going to work?ā€ ā€œWhat are you actually doing?ā€ For a second I thought, did I mess this up? Then I remembered Travis saying... ...we want that. We want people asking questions. That’s how conversations actually start. Now I have one coffee date booked and one conversation moving. And I’ve barely scratched the surface of the giving FUNnel. P.S. These are warm connections btw. About to start sending it to new people soon.
