Travis mentioned that there are 1000s of DEEP POCKET businesses that pay $1000s per month to get in front of the RIGHT EYEBALLS...and size matters less than having the right members or subscribers. And even though this is at the upper end of what is possible I wanted to share another example of how this is happening right now. Check the post from an acquaintance of mine and the numbers that companies are paying to get in front of these audiences. They are sold out for years. Time to own some media!! I'm sharing his post below 👇 ==== $5.6M for a podcast sponsorship and everyone's mad about the price. But nobody is asking the most interesting question: Why are Acquired FM's ad slots sold out? but first, here's what people are getting wrong about the price: They're comparing their B2B listener count to bigger, more popular podcasts and working backwards from the price. That comparison doesn't work. Sam Parr said it best: media value = audience size × buying power × how influential you are over them. That's literally it. Acquired has 1 million listeners per episode — operators, VCs, executives with real software budgets. And long-form, deeply researched content means the trust and influence over that audience is unlike almost anything else in media. So the CAC math flips completely. If your ACV is $200k and you close 20 deals, you just made $4M back on a $3M bet. Where else do you reach 1 million of these exact people? Which brings me to the part that actually broke my brain: Sold out through most of 2028. Next available slots: 2029. Brands are committing $3-5M in budget three years in advance. You don't do that speculatively. You do that because the math has already worked and you want to make sure you're not locked out next time. Is it in my budget? Absolutely not 😂 But the logic is hard to argue with.

@Andrew Miner that’s crazy and exciting all at the same time ! Would it be possible to act as a broker? Not necessarily on that scale - find the audience (podcast, YouTube, newsletter) Then Build A Deal with the owner for ad space… At the same time, find the relevant advertisers…! Be the tollbooth advertiser pays you you pay the audience owner. Just like running television ads in the old days where you worked for 10% of Ad spend. Except instead of running a 30 day account, which is massively high risk. 👉 you get paid in advance 🔥

I am running an auction with a partner - Its for Speakers and also for Authors, Experts, Consultants and Coaches ... who want to get their message in front of their IDEAL (captive) audience. The winner gets FIVE gigs BOOKED for them speaking to their IDEAL audience. Plus a Professional Elite Media and Marketing Kit (everything is included) And 1on1 speaker training to polish and refine their keynote / Signature talk including Stage Presence, Charisma and Sell from Stage without Selling... 5 Stages could easily generate a back end SALES of low to mid 6 figures 🔥 Here's the plan --- I wanted to share it with you as its a Combo of OI with a variation on Referral Mojo - I will be approaching Skool Speaker Groups as a BUYER ( I have a short list of 23) And FB groups too I'll make a REFERRAL style offer - 10% up to $10k - on all the sales generated from your members who join in the FUN... Hate when they ghost mid-convo?
Last year I pulled $2.4M out of about 3,000 leads for one partner. Just email conversations & a Google Doc Works out around ~$800 per lead. Which is funny… because lots of people already have this sitting in their inbox. They just don’t touch 'em. They start a convo. It’s going alright. Then… *POOF*. The prospect vanishes. And then they either: – don’t follow up – follow up once (and give up) – or send something that screams “please reply to me” and kill it dead I was talking to Travis Sago about it. He said something that inspired me. The one thing that takes people from amateur to pro tapper the fastest... The one thing that gets them to 6 figure campaigns. The same thing he did with Tony Teegarden... Is when he wingmans in their DMs while they have actual convos going on. He also said, he just doesn't wingman much anymore. And he asked me if I could find the time to wingman some Ronin? "You're so good, Chris, I learn from your replies!" Not sure if that was praise but I’ll take it. So I thought… alright. Let's do it for one person. I’ll come into your inbox with you, look at your conversations, and help you handle 'em. Fix the replies. Fix the follow-ups. Stop people quietly slipping away. If I put that up for auction… Would you throw in a $1 bid?
