Turn Every New Lead Into a Booked Job(Without Sounding Salesy)
Step 1: Lead Comes In โ€” Immediate Action Plan Once a lead enters your system (through a marketing agency, ad campaign, or other lead flow), your clock starts ticking. Golden Rule:๐Ÿ“ž Call the lead within the first 5 minutes. Step 2: Setting the Appointment โ€” How to Properly Book the Meeting When you get the customer on the phone: 1. Confirm their inquiry 2. Offer a time 3. Give specific options Get the appointment officially scheduled in your calendar. Step 3: This is Where Most People Mess Up Normally, salespeople would end the call right after booking: โ€œSounds good! See you then โ€” let us know if you have any questions. Bye.โ€ But you are going to do it differently. โœ… Stay on the phone another 10โ€“15 minutes after booking the appointment to: - Build a real relationship. - Get the customer to like you (checking off the first principle before you even arrive). - Talk about them โ€” their background, family, hobbies, anything personal. Peopleโ€™s favorite topic is themselves. Spend time talking about them, finding common ground, and building a bond before you show up at their house. Why This Matters: - When you show up for the appointment, it wonโ€™t feel like youโ€™re strangers. - Theyโ€™ll already trust you more because of the relationship you built on the first call. - This makes the entire sales process much easier โ€” smoother conversations, less tension, more closes.

Use qualifying filters before you talk to them: Ex: 1. Require a short form with budget, location, and project timeline. 2. Mention your minimum investment or โ€œstarting from $Xโ€ in your ad. โœ… Call only those who pass those filters โ€” ignore the rest. The key for this is to add qualifying questions according to what you need to filter out in lead form but for beginners you shouldn't be annoyed by tire kickers really๐Ÿ˜‚ you need them
Master these 4 sales steps, Youโ€™ll never struggle to close again
โ™ ๏ธLike First, the customer must like you. You do this by building common ground and establishing trust. Without this, theyโ€™ll never drop their guard or truly listen. โ™ฃ๏ธListen Once they like you, theyโ€™ll start listening. This is where you ask questions and uncover their real vision and reasons for wanting the product. โ™ฅ๏ธBelieve After they are listening, you must get them to believe. Believe in you, your company, your service, and why youโ€™re the right person over anyone else. โ™ฆ๏ธBuy Finally, once belief is established, you move to buy. This is not about adding more reasons to say yes. Itโ€™s about isolating and overcoming objections, removing the reasons they are hesitating and confidently leading them to a decision.

@Alvis Ciritis Exactly brother, I also like to advise people that before doing online marketing they should do door to door or try to reach friends and family first. because it's a an opportunity to learn and gain momentum and more experience and you also have more room for mistake, which is different online because clients consider you very professional already. if not they will give bad reviews and it'll bite you in the a$$ in the long run

But Believing part is very important, when you believe that you're there to help the prospect its much easier for you to close him. (Believe in the service you're offering and yourself to deliver)
This might be costing you more than you expected! (Speed-to-lead)
Most of us donโ€™t have a leads problem, they have a Speed-to-Lead problem. If a homeowner or business shows interest in our service(through DMs, ADs,...) and you call them after 3 minutes, your chance of closing drops by over 300%. Just 3 mins!!. The first contractor to respond wins, not the cheapest, not the โ€œbestโ€ Just the fastest. Hereโ€™s a simple system that fixes it: 1๏ธโƒฃ Instant text reply Ex: โ€œHey (Name), saw your message about the floor โ€” whenโ€™s a good time to chat today?โ€ 2๏ธโƒฃ Follow up with a call 2โ€“3 minutes later. That single habit can double your booked estimates without spending another dollar on ads. I see a lot of great epoxy contractors losing jobs just because they respond too slow. And I highly recommend this unfair advantage called "AI", we're no longer in 2015, bots can literally handle this for you.

Well, i can say it's not but the reason i think it's because it has a lot of options it's designed to do so many things but it's not that hard really if someone tried to learn. but fr it does a lot cool shi
