First, the customer must like you. You do this by building common ground and establishing trust. Without this, they’ll never drop their guard or truly listen.
♣️Listen
Once they like you, they’ll start listening. This is where you ask questions and uncover their real vision and reasons for wanting the product.
♥️Believe
After they are listening, you must get them to believe. Believe in you, your company, your service, and why you’re the right person over anyone else.
♦️Buy
Finally, once belief is established, you move to buy. This is not about adding more reasons to say yes. It’s about isolating and overcoming objections, removing the reasons they are hesitating and confidently leading them to a decision.
