Most of us don’t have a leads problem, they have a Speed-to-Lead problem.
If a homeowner or business shows interest in our service(through DMs, ADs,...) and you call them after 3 minutes, your chance of closing drops by over 300%. Just 3 mins!!.
The first contractor to respond wins, not the cheapest, not the “best” Just the fastest.
Here’s a simple system that fixes it:
1️⃣ Instant text reply Ex: “Hey (Name), saw your message about the floor — when’s a good time to chat today?”
2️⃣ Follow up with a call 2–3 minutes later.
That single habit can double your booked estimates without spending another dollar on ads.
I see a lot of great epoxy contractors losing jobs just because they respond too slow.
