Are You Making This HUGE Mistake With Your Business?
It's a funny clip so watch it, but I see this all too often (and it's not all that funny to the person suffering). And I've done it myself, so you're not alone. Actually, after I sold my previous company I did this (or some form of it). I call itโ€”Imaginary business building. The website, the tagline, the chatbot. Oh, and don't forget the business cards.... But NO business. Everyone can see it but you. I have a client, a 40 person content team doing $100K/month and they JUST started to build their website. Yet people with no business, spend hours and hours and hours building things that no customer will ever see. And if they do, they won't really even understand what you do. Sell first, get customers first. Come up with an idea. Grab your phone, call a few people you know. Make some content. Have a Calendly link to book calls. Sell some stuff on those calls. That's all you need to be doing when you're starting out. P.S this is exactly what I'm going to be helping people with in my new community the No-code Rebels (with regard to automation and AI businesses)!

Feedback Needed
I have an online consulting business that specializes in Immigration to Hungary. We have been consistently posting on Instagram/Facebook and Tiktok for about 30 days. The biggest challenges have been finding our style and also improving quality. I would love to ask for some feedback on how I could increase engagement and following. Any tipe are appreciated it thank you! Please see my handle below. โฌ‡๏ธ @hummingbird_citizenship

Make a list of your top 10 competitors. How do they structure their content? How are they engaging their viewers? What are their commenters saying? Emulate where possible and create content that directly impacts the thoughts of their commenters. Also, immediately follow anyone who likes your videos to help build your community.

@Martin Taylor 100% focus on one platform! You want your efforts to compound. That's a lot easier when you put your focus on one thing. If a piece of content doesn't work, think about it, iterate, and make it better. You'll see a ton of progress that way.
Thumbnail Feedback
Which one would you click on?

I'd be more likely to click on one that shows your face.

@Hichem Dahmani It'll help build rapport and a brand over the long term. Take Stephen's videos, for example. He's built an audience that will see his face on a thumbnail and instantly click because they know it's valuable. So in a one-off scenario, a faceless thumbnail might outperform one with your face, or it might not. But over time, you'll build brand recognition and goodwill with your audience if they associate your face with valuable content.
What's your favorite ChatGPT prompt?
I have a ton of different prompts that I use in no-code apps and automations. This one is extremely useful and is one that I use directly in ChatGPT. It could probably use some refinement, but right now, it just works: "Act as Grammarly. Fix and improve any grammatical errors in the following text:" Combine it with a tool like PromptBox, and you can check anything you write for grammar mistakes in seconds without changing your tone of voice.

@Stephen G. Pope It's a must have. One of my go-to prompts!
๐Ÿ˜ž It's Not Always Suppose To Feel Good
Yesterday I posted a potential icon for my new community. I thought it was pretty cool. The majority didn't. I have to admit it didn't feel good. And this post isnt really about the logo, I'll be fine ๐Ÿ™‚ its just to show you that you're not alone. And it reminded me of countless other videos and posts that I've made on social that made me feel the exact same way. I wanted to delete the poll to be honest. But I didn't. Because that wouldn't have be fair to the many people that took the time to vote and comment on the post. I learned a lot. I think that's the key. The comments were quite insightful. Thank you btw ๐Ÿ™ You have to understand that more than anything, social media, community, posting, etc... is first and foremost a place to learn, to gain insights. The profits only come after the insights and learnings. You can't get those insights if you don't post it, if you delete everything you post. It's not about winning every time time. Winning comes after losing. So just get those loses over with already so you can win.
