Week 4 Day 3
Done. Still not doing weight with the lunges, but I’ve increased to a full range of motion for 15 reps a side. Used 35s for all the rest of the exercises.

I'm with you on the lunges. Still easing my right quad back after popping it almost 2 weeks ago. Ice, stretching, and up to 50-75% short sprints - just enough to feel it's not happy, full yet but won't pull it again LOL.

Which Brand of Kettlebell Do You Recommend?
I’m looking to invest in a quality kettlebell and wanted to get some opinions from this community. There are so many brands out there – Rogue, Onnit, Kettlebell Kings, Bowflex, and even more budget-friendly options on Amazon. I am currently using Tunturi kettlebells, but I’m curious to see how they compare to other brands. For those who have been using kettlebells for a while, which brand do you prefer and why? Is it worth spending more on premium brands, or are the cheaper ones just as good? I’m particularly interested in durability, grip comfort, and overall feel during workouts. Would love to hear about your experiences! Thanks in advance! 💪

I have KBs from REP Fitness at home. Very good quality, smooth finish, flat on bottom, love the handles and price was reasonable. They also give a military discount which helped me out.
Week IV Day IV
Super early (2 a.m.) workout due to having to start work at 3 a.m. Usual 7 a.m. start. Still shut Inner B!t€h up, even with precious little sleep. 50 Swing Warmup with 20, 22.6, 24, 28, and 32 kg. Did workout with 20 kg as I still need to slowly up the weight for snatches. Good workout. Looking to hammer tomorrow with hopefully a decent sleep tonight. Daggone tired, but content work got done. Now gotta stay disciplined with diet as bad decisions are easy to make when tired.

The surface simplicity, but challenging workouts Coach brings is TNT! 2 sets of morning swings, 45lb KB 45 lb KB for everything else with some quick 75% sprints in between each set. 45lb KB was a challenge for my shoulders and probably sacrificed a tiny bit of form (using a little bump up from the hips, glutes) but I wanted to challenge myself and hopefully build some strength, make gains. Boom, Hands Up Coach Marchman!
