Update on Where I’ve Been (This is Tough…)
Don’t want you guys to feel like you’ve lost your fearless leader so I thought I’d take a second to come out of the wilderness I’ve been in for the past two weeks and share something with you guys that maybe some of you can help me with… As many of you know based on the words I preach and the actions I take, my FAMILY is my “WHY”…They’re my EVERYTHING! Well, as life often times will do, I was thrown a serious curveball recently by a close family member who I discovered has developed an addiction to both Alcohol and Amphetamines. To say it came out of nowhere and rocked me (and my extended family) to the core is the understatement of the century… But one thing I always preach to you guys and that I’ve developed an especially intimate understanding with in just these past few weeks since I went quiet on you guys is that “You Can’t Fix What You Fake”, and seeking help amongst your network is ALWAYS a better option than just internalizing without addressing the problem. With that said, I promise I’ll still hustle as much as I possibly can to help you accomplish the goals you’ve got and that I can personally help you with…I just ask that you: (1) remain patient with me while I navigate this confusing and difficult time… (2) Please feel free to message me privately if you have had experience living with someone who’s battled addiction so I can better process it and game plan for it. …and (3) Do NOT feel sorry for me. I truly believe that as shitty as this situation is, it’s happening FOR ME instead of TO ME, meaning there WILL BE a positive out one from it that will help me and my family live a more enriched life in the future. That heavy shit aside, here a killer little clip from Jordan Peterson that really helped get me juiced today. —> https://www.instagram.com/share/_tIUCWmi4 Thanks for all the support ahead of time guys. You all mean the world to me!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Coach, as a person who has dealt with addictions throughout my family, you have to see it for what it is - it's man choosing their own way instead of Jesus Christ. When people do that, and we all do at times, we're trusting in ourselves and our own understanding when we should trust in Jesus. Why do we do that? Because we think that following Jesus is going to limit or delay what we think we want. In reality we're simply being fooled, and we continue to choose the sin that leads to death. The Bible verses below form the framework on what I've come to believe about this life. They changed, rather the Lord changed, me, and I'm sure they'll help those in your family. 1. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). 2. The wages of sin is [eternal] death (Romans 6:23). 3. The free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23b). 4. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved (Romans 10:9). 15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. 7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. 8 It will be healing to your flesh[b] and refreshment[c] to your bones

Outstandingly work Brother! Congrats on finishing the 30 days!
Week 4 Day 5
Started with 35 for the first set and finished up with the 53 for the last two. Still working full time ROM with the lunges ( still need to get the kne sleeves) but not ready to increase the weight. I’m happy with the increased ROM - 1 % better men!
Focus on “TNT”…
The laundry list of uncontrollable variables in our life that directly impact the daily march towards our goals is huge. Our genetics seem to be one of the biggest one of these. But honestly, for the most part, they’re not the biggest influence on what determines our success. Thats why in the grand scheme of things, I tell all of my clients to focus instead on the “TNT”…These are the things that “take no talent”. And at the top of that list are your “EFFORT” and your “ATTITUDE”… If you can focus on facing EVERY decision and task (no matter how big or small) with honest effort and a winning attitude, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the cumulative effect it will have on the big picture. Remember this “TNT” approach and keep plugging away, brother! YOU’VE GOT THIS!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

100% Coach. Gotta keep the main thing the main thing. Take action on the things we can control and don’t waste our time, energy, or strength on things we can’t.

Week 4 Day 3
Done. Still not doing weight with the lunges, but I’ve increased to a full range of motion for 15 reps a side. Used 35s for all the rest of the exercises.
