Week IV Day IV
Super early (2 a.m.) workout due to having to start work at 3 a.m. Usual 7 a.m. start. Still shut Inner B!t€h up, even with precious little sleep. 50 Swing Warmup with 20, 22.6, 24, 28, and 32 kg. Did workout with 20 kg as I still need to slowly up the weight for snatches. Good workout. Looking to hammer tomorrow with hopefully a decent sleep tonight. Daggone tired, but content work got done. Now gotta stay disciplined with diet as bad decisions are easy to make when tired.

Week IV Day II
Have stayed on the workouts. Liking res lts. Have stayed pretty faithful to diet regimen, with exception of an extra taco last night (Low carb shell). Looking forward to finishing strong and getting on with next challenge. What are some of you looking for in next challenge to just curious?

Holy cow, no joke Coach; I was panting after each set. Under the radar grinder! Hope all are well. Let's finish strong and share results.

Week III Day III
Last night of 3rds tonight. 50 swing warmup with 20, 22.6, 24, 28, 32 kg. Workout took even more out of me with the shift change and constant zombie state of mind. But we got it. Also weighed myself today at 195. For the last year, year and a half I've been bouncing between 202-213. That will help with me keeping nutrition dialed in! Hope Ws are all over the place Warriors.
