45 lb KB for everything else with some quick 75% sprints in between each set.
45lb KB was a challenge for my shoulders and probably sacrificed a tiny bit of form (using a little bump up from the hips, glutes) but I wanted to challenge myself and hopefully build some strength, make gains.
