Hey guys, need help here: I connect my client's WhatsApp number to GHL using this app: https://goghl.ai/ Does Assistable's chat agent automatically reply to incoming messages in WhatsApp in this scenario (as long as the contact messaging my client has an active tag) --- If this is true, how do I ensure all contacts sending incoming messages is tagged with the active tag before they send the first message (only then would Assistable's chat agent reply to that first message as far as my understanding goes)

Hey guys, I linked my knowledge base (as text) to my voice agent in Assistable, but my agent isn't able to answer any questions (appears to not be able to accurately extract the info in the KB). There's nothing in the prompt prohibiting the agent from answering and the knowledge base has been configured correctly.
