Knowledge Bases Not Active?

Hi there,

Are knowledge bases currently active or not?

Seems as though VOICE KB is not pulling information through.

- i've got a few accounts this is not active on, but one major one that is thinking of pulling sub from us. Any help would be greatly appreciated
