Support... You will be shocked when you read this...
Why is Support so good? We shouldn't be spoiled by having Support that ACTUALLY SUPPORT! The second time in two weeks, I had an issue. Not that the system was not working properly, but probably a ID 10 T error on my part. I reached out to support, got through to the superstar @Hari Prathap Balamurugan once again, and with all the skill and focus of a Ninja Warrior, he sorted the issue out for me. Thanks @Hari Prathap Balamurugan - you are a super star! And also @Jorden Williams and the rest of the team for putting together such an amazing product with amazing support!

@Jorden Williams I’m sorry, I only know how to write click bait headlines. Genuinely though. He’s an asset to your team. Other companies fall WAAAYYY short of the mark when it comes to support, yet @Hari Prathap Balamurugan makes everything so effortless! Testament to your hiring, please do not let him go!!!!
Two Numbers In GHL, One does not connect to IB Calling
Hi Hive Mind, Reaching out to see if anyone can help shed some light on this. I have two numbers purchased through GHL, with SIP trunking set up through Twilio (Twilio is my Phone provider inside of GHL as well). I have both numbers attached to two different assistants within Assistable. When I ring my main number, it connects to the bot that is attached to it, when I ring the second number, it does not, and rings through and when I have the missed call text back feature switched on, I get the SMS saying that the business has missed the call. When I switch the bots around, so the main number has the second bot on it, it connects, but the second number does exactly the same behavior. All the settings and config are the same, I have added in to Assistable again, checking the Termination URI etc, and it's all gucci. What could I potentially be doing wrong?

@Jorden Williams - Thank you to your amazing support team. @Hari Prathap Balamurugan resolved my issue successfully. Even with me being frustrated, which he handled like a champ!!! It was clearly a user error and he showed me what I need to do moving forward. He is the GOLD STANDARD of how professional support experts should be. The product is great and your support even better. Keep winning!
Self Selling Snapshot!
So, last friday on the Friday founders call (you should so totally join in) -- we built a BAD ASS self selling demo that dynamically changes it's own prompt to actually generate a prompt for the user, demo it to them, and save it to use later (I added a lot of functionality to it) This is a comprehensive self-selling demo :) I will release the snapshot and the accompanying video later today

Knowledge Base FAQ's - Bulk Upload
HI Team, The KB says that you can upload FAQ's in bulk. I have uploaded a document that parses out the text, but this breaks the structure further down the document, and makes data pairing harder. I've checked the document to take out all editing, line breaks etc, and it's still not toggling correctly. How do i upload my FAQ's for a structured AI response in bulk? Am I just being a pleb, I cannot see where to do this!
