Two Numbers In GHL, One does not connect to IB Calling
Hi Hive Mind, Reaching out to see if anyone can help shed some light on this. I have two numbers purchased through GHL, with SIP trunking set up through Twilio (Twilio is my Phone provider inside of GHL as well). I have both numbers attached to two different assistants within Assistable. When I ring my main number, it connects to the bot that is attached to it, when I ring the second number, it does not, and rings through and when I have the missed call text back feature switched on, I get the SMS saying that the business has missed the call. When I switch the bots around, so the main number has the second bot on it, it connects, but the second number does exactly the same behavior. All the settings and config are the same, I have added in to Assistable again, checking the Termination URI etc, and it's all gucci. What could I potentially be doing wrong?
