Any update on this?
Roofing niche 🤔
Hey guys, what do you think about that as niche?

@Tonie Konig I worked solely with roofers and a few other contracting niches over the last 2 years and yes that's about right but the roof repair is really a foot in the door approach for roofers as the homeowner often thinks it's just a repair job only to find out it makes more sense to do a replacement. And then you're talking 10k+...We made one of our roofing clients over $104k in less than 2 months and we NEVER used DR campaigns so I'm really excited about the contractor niche in general because they're hungry for work, have lists (because of all the other agencies out there that just ran ads for them) and it's high ticket My only concern, in general, is how this whole SMS scrutiny from the carriers is going to affect the efficacy of these DR campaigns

@Derek Kozlowski yeah the missed call text back is so simple yet makes them so much money that they would have otherwise lose. There's actually a calculator for it specifically that can prove to the business owner how much it can make them based on the info the biz owner gives you.
Conversational AI included in snapshot workflows?
Will Conversational AI be integrated into the existing niche snapshots that are currently available in order to handle converting leads into booked appointments? I watched a webinar by Frank Kern and his offer is very similar in terms of leading with a DBR campaign for a new client but his snapshots pretty much use the conversational AI as the main weapon for converting leads into conversations and ultimately into booked appointments. If Robb Bailey includes the AI conversational bot in the actual snapshot workflows then I think it's a no brainer!

@Stephen Boutelle Yeah trying to get clarity haha because it's going to determine which GHL SAAS pro account i sign up under!

@Marcus Robb Yeah so recommend testing that. I like to have different angles/hooks written out then put them out there into the world and in front of businesses and see which one hits home best. If each one includes a pain point for them then you'll soon find out which one works best.
Retaining Clients?
I know that Robb talks about it somewhere in the trainings but thought I would ask the community. How do you guys keep your clients month after month if you reactivate their entire database? Wouldn’t it be kind of useless to do the same thing the next month? Thanks 🙏

@Stephen Boutelle No problem!
Acquisition problem
@Haplin Milgrom-Hills @Daniela Gattel When i do outreach through messenger i only get clients to say yes with a ( get results or you don't pay offer ) but the clients that i attract with this offer are not commited and willing to pay. How should i position my offer so i get an upfront payment from my clients. How do you guys do that ?

My 2 cents from running a ton of outreach on 3 platforms, namely cold email, Linkedin and FB... 1) Cold email was by far the best return - I got instant replies and these businesses were high quality 2) Linkedin - very high quality businesses that I booked calls with but much lower volume 3) FB tons of replies and calls but more unqualified businesses Something to note is my offer/hook was the same on all 3 platforms but I got different businesses in terms of quality/seriousness depending on the platform.. The way I see it is with FB, since it's easier to do volume here, it's ok if a lot of them aren't qualified All 3 of these platforms can also be automated, right from scraping lead lists, to the messaging of your ideal prospects. You just need to book the actual call in

@Paula McLean Contractors, but more specifically I have experience and results with Roofers and Solar companies. Never gone the DBR route like Robb teaches but I'm busy writing out my outreach msgs, offer/hook etc and I'll be doing outreach on FB and Linkedin to start with. I'll keep you posted :)
