Hello everyone, My name is Kout (pronounce Kuot). I’ve been hydrid training for the past year (distance running, calisthenics, boxing) and I’ve noticed that my mobility needs work especially when it comes to my hips and overall mobility. I found this course through Andre’s instagram page. After watching a couple reels I was really impressed by his flexibility and strength so I decided to check out his course. My goal is to improve my hip and leg mobility to the point I can comfortably sit in a middle split. I’m hoping this translates well into my next marathon goal. I’m looking forward to progressing with this course!

Fixing muscle imbalances
I crashed my motorcycle when I was 18yrs old and immobilised by right leg for 3 months. In that period I developed huge imbalances that were holding back my Muay Thai training . Enter the Straddle has completely exposed all of these imbalances. I can just about sit upright comfortably now, but when running through session 1 for the first 3-4 times I have been feeling crazy burning in my right glute , and now finally some burning in other places as my right glute finally starts to strengthen. This has directly impacted my left kick and overall balance when throwing strikes. As a beginner I would highly recommend using Enter the straddle as a base to build up lower body strength and expose flaws where you never know they were. As someone with previous pelvic tilt and a ridiculously tight lower body this has done the most for me in the smallest amount of time . I’m exited for my progression as I continue !

@Kyle Belcher ggbb saved my life. I went to a rave this past weekend. And I packed some paracetamol and antiinflammatories just in case.... I danced for 6 hours straight, and I didnt feel my back one bit!

Hey everyone, hope all is well! Name's Ralph and I've been practicing taekwondo for the better part of 10 years. I've been following FlexTheory on IG for some time now and I absolutely love the content. My goal is to strengthen & improve the mobility in my hips for next year's competitive season and I'm excited to start. I had a decent straddle (at one point I could touch my forehead to the floor) some weeks back but increased demands of work has made it difficult to maintain my flexibility. I want to take a new approach to my training and Andre's clips of high and wide sweeping kicks are an inspiration for me to push myself, so here I am. 😁😁 I wish everyone the best in their respective journeys, I'm rooting for all of us! 🥋👊🏾

Welcome Ralph. And remember....
Happy Saturday!
I’m cooking up some things in the lab, doing some planning, recording, and training for myself. I look forward to sharing more and more with you, as well as releasing completely different training styles for your use. I want you to embrace this as a complete and yet evolving place to produce explosive strength and range that increases your longevity and athletic performance. I will continue being the promoter and producer of the best solutions that I can provide everyone at every level. I appreciate all of you, and remain an excited student of my own craft. Blessings.

@Andre Victorian I appreciate yours coach 🙏🙏💥💥💪💪
I am new to flex Theory and excited to be here.
I found flex theory some years ago and told my self I would mentally plan to eventually be apart of this program better late than never. My goal is to obtain longevity in the arts at an older age I have 30 years experience and want to stay active and at a high level of ability. My challenges are inflammation, and striving to completely recover from a hit and run car accident a few years ago that has changed my life. I will miss out on a tournament this weekend after a pulling a muscle last week. I am way to talented to give up so I'm looking to flex theory as an additional regimen along with my Yoga training. I am excited to be here and ready to start healing at my own pace
