How do u bulk up more, im skinny and looking to build muscle, Is it just as simple as eating 4 meals a day? Cuz on a day to day basis, I usually just eat caifan for mostly breakfast, lunch, dinner(for non sg its rice with egg, meat and veggies). Do I have to eat in between my meals also, and if so what type of foods should I buy?
It depends. You need to know you maintanance calories and then eat in a calorie surplus. So eat 200-500 calories more than your maintanance calories everyday
I can do more than 50 push ups in one go, non stop. I can do 16 pull ups. 30 or something dips. But muscle up is nowhere in sight. I can't get it. Any tips or should I just work toward 20 pull ups?
