My schedule: - monday, wednesday, friday and saturday I train Calisthenics. - Thuesday and thursday I go for a run (but thinking of quitting) - and sunday is my restday. Does anyone here combine calisthenics with running. I do, but i'm thinking of quittin the running part. Because I look forward to training calisthenics but not running. Should I quit or with what should i replace running days. Anyone in the same place right now or any opinions are welcome.
