@Chan Woo Park so what is ur usual warm up for your push and pull days, do u jog, or do stretches?
How to bulk??
How do u bulk up more, im skinny and looking to build muscle, Is it just as simple as eating 4 meals a day? Cuz on a day to day basis, I usually just eat caifan for mostly breakfast, lunch, dinner(for non sg its rice with egg, meat and veggies). Do I have to eat in between my meals also, and if so what type of foods should I buy?

How train legs without gym??
How do you train legs with just calisthenics, and no gym? Or do you need the gym to train legs?

Arched pull ups??
I noticed that whenever I try to do arched pull ups using my resistance band, my form keeps changing to a hollow body pull up, I just can't do arched pull ups with a resistance band, and without it I cant do enough pull ups to feel it in my back, can anyone help? I watched so many vids about the arched pull up form but I still can't seem to get the form down

Can I improve on anything
This is gonna be quite long but this is my current routine: (I move on to my next workout after I don't feel sore anymore, which is between 3-4 days) Push: light jog in the park(cardio), do dips at home until failure and add a higher resistance band after I can't do anymore dips with my bodyweight, and then knee push ups on the floor( currently i can do 28 dips without using any resistance band at all Pull: Light jog in the park(cardio), do hollow back pullups(i want to learn the muscle up) with a 45kg resistance band, aiming to do 5 sets of 10, (if I still have energy I'll just deadhang on the bar, currently i can do 4 sets of 10, the last set varies less than 10) and once i am able to do 5x10 I'll switch to a thin resistance band of 15kg, slowly increase the number of reps from 5x5 to 5x10, and then I'll aim for 5x10 without a band at all Cardio: Basically just doing heavy cardio Legs : I train legs and core on the same day, first legs in the gym, and then I'll train core at home(45s tension, 15s rest) Is there anything I could improve on my routine such as train to absolute failure, until I physically cannot do pullups/dips anymore? I'm 17, 182cm 64kg
