Sharing a reflection on the power of community… Two days ago I severely re-injured my knee, making me incapable of walking, as many of you saw we had a big event happening on Sunday at the Istana, which is quite a ways away from where I’m located. I was lying in bed that night very sad that I wasn’t gonna be able to go then I thought to myself. I wonder if I’d actually be able to get any support. I reached out to a few dear friends here that I’ve made in Bali, and due to their beautiful networking and their kindness they shared with me the contacts of the most exquisite and powerful healers and osteopaths and shamans and beautiful human beings that they had come across on their journey and just like that I had access to miracles of this universe and my fingertips. All through the power of friendship. We truly are only as strong as our community and our network. And as I grow older, I realize that the friendships that we make on this journey are truly the most powerful resource we have to create a change in the world because we are not meant to create change alone. So if you’ve been hesitating to ask for help, or you want to make anything happen, I would highly suggest reaching out to your friends, your family, and your network because you never know the answers and the gifts you’ve been waiting for could be just around the corner through the heart of a kind friend willing to be of service. I never know where exactly to post so i hope this is the right spot . work work work usually feels like play and joy and creation and yet today , Today I find myself in a place I’m not enjoying. The last two weeks I’ve been in immense, intense physical pain with my lower back 🙃 — apparently just “average wear and tear” for my age and previously active lifestyle. There’s been a lot of health stuff over the last few years, and just as I was improving, I feel like I’m now deproving… and it’s upsetting me. I’m constantly guarding my body from the dogs, sensitive to noise, and the pain keeps pulling me away from being present. I feel serious, moaning, whiny — in constant agony. I’ve tried to become the pain, to be in the portal… and just when I find a little ease, I buckle again. I also have three kids, and my eldest struggles to relax too. Even when I encourage her, she resists — and when her emotional state rises, I feel it in such a big way. It’s a lot. And yet, here I am — breathing, noticing, still trying to stay open through it. Maybe this post is just to say… sometimes it’s not light or shiny. Sometimes it’s heavy, noisy, sore, and human. And that’s okay too. 🌿

What a beautiful call we had today, fam 🤍 The intention for today was simple, to create a space that feels like home. A space where all of us, from every corner of the world, can come together to share where we’re at, what we’re moving through, what we’re building, and how we can truly support each other as we build the New Earth, together, both online and offline. Nearly 30 of us gathered today, and the energy was so alive that we went almost two and a half hours deep. The shares were powerful, honest, and so full of heart — conversations around masculinity and femininity, motherhood, grief, healing, purpose, feeling like misfits, reconnecting to spirit, and what it really means to embody New Earth leadership. It felt like we were all sitting around a fire, a metaphysical one, igniting wisdom, compassion, and community in each other. These are the moments that remind me why we’re here. To everyone who shared today — thank you for your openness, your courage, and your truth. You made the space what it was. Let’s keep this fire burning.
