Sharing a reflection on the power of community…
Two days ago I severely re-injured my knee, making me incapable of walking, as many of you saw we had a big event happening on Sunday at the Istana, which is quite a ways away from where I’m located.
I was lying in bed that night very sad that I wasn’t gonna be able to go then I thought to myself. I wonder if I’d actually be able to get any support.
I reached out to a few dear friends here that I’ve made in Bali, and due to their beautiful networking and their kindness they shared with me the contacts of the most exquisite and powerful healers and osteopaths and shamans and beautiful human beings that they had come across on their journey and just like that I had access to miracles of this universe and my fingertips.
All through the power of friendship.
We truly are only as strong as our community and our network. And as I grow older, I realize that the friendships that we make on this journey are truly the most powerful resource we have to create a change in the world because we are not meant to create change alone.
So if you’ve been hesitating to ask for help, or you want to make anything happen, I would highly suggest reaching out to your friends, your family, and your network because you never know the answers and the gifts you’ve been waiting for could be just around the corner through the heart of a kind friend willing to be of service.
Blessings,
Justice
