I'm selling an audit in the form of a video recording (using Loom), and I want to streamline the process for my customers. Ideally, I want to know who purchases the audit so I can deliver it to them without needing them to reach out and confirm their purchase. Will I be notified when someone buys it, and will I be able to see the purchaser's information?

I have enjoyed setting up my Skool community so far but am quite surprised there’s very little text formatting options for posts (bold, italics, underline). Whilst there are bandaid workaround (using text to font sites online that have some bolder options) it isn’t the same as if there was the option to do it locally without the weird, out of place font. Would love to see this feature implemented, cheers.

Hooray for being able to set up a paid service in my writing group's Classroom! 🥳 Un-hooray for only having 500 characters in which to sell this potentially $999 service! 😩 I tried to include a link to my site in the course description, so that potential customers could read more details off-Skool, but that doesn't become a hotlink and ends up as two identical links that aren't links. 😩😩 Obviously this new Classroom opportunity is an awesome gift horse - and yes, we can lay out the details in sales calls - but could we have either more space for the copy or the ability to drop a link among those 500 characters? Anyone else feeling this?
