๐Ÿš€ What were your wins last week?
One of my fav things is to think about the wins, big and small, in biz and personal life from the previous week on sundaysโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ”ฅ It typically fuels me and gets the creativity flowing more to enter the new week with a better footingโ€ฆ If you normally just focus on the losses or โ€œmistakesโ€ I challenge you to try this and see what happens ๐Ÿ˜‰

99 Problems but a Niche ainโ€™t one
I am fairly new to skool in fact fairly new to social media and online communities as a whole. I managed to replace my W2 with an Airbnb buisness and now I want to give back and help people learn how they can gain freedom in their life. I donโ€™t know if military men at career crossroads looking to create financial freedom is too specific. However it is something Iโ€™m very passionate about. I am willing to go on this journey and see where it takes me. Any skool pros got sage wisdom, looking for some guidance and wondering if Iโ€™m square peg round holing this Caz I want it too bad.

This is causes low, slow, or no sales
(and what a free move ticket has to do with making sales on Skool.) The other day I shared how I did a post inside my free Skool group about a new $999 course inside the classroom and someone bought it within 5 mins of me posting. I've had SO many questions about this, but one I had today I really need to address as I know this is keeping so many talented creators experiencing low, slow, or no sales. I've seen this time and time again in the 10+ years I have been teaching sales & marketing and I will be honest it's the women who tend to struggle with this bit most (as we are often conditioned to be the nurturers/givers). I've worked with so many creators on growing their sales, from start-ups to multi 7-figure entrepreneurs and these issues (which are all mindset) can crop up at ALL levels. Here is a transcript of the chat I had with someone about this who was asking me about the $999 sale: QUESTION ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ How did you give so much value it doesnโ€™t make people feel like it was a bait and switch โ€˜free groupโ€™? MY REPLY ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ What do you mean? RESPONSE ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Well everyone jumps in for free - Iโ€™m promising free valueโ€” then they bump into a $997 course inside my FREE group lol- Iโ€™m probably overthinking it!!! do you lead up to it-do you just leave it sitting there?? Iโ€™m asking because Iโ€™m building one right now lol! MY REPLY ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Yes you are. I sell everyday. My group is free, that doesn't mean all my courses and coaching are free. If you got a free ticket to the movies, would you expect your popcorn, drink and snacks to be free? Or a taxi home? This is the work I do. Help creative entrepreneurs get off the "Giving value but low, slow or no sales" Hamster Wheel and be unapologetic about selling everyday and being paid handsomely for their gifts and expertise. Yes offer free things, but always have something to sell too. ๐Ÿ™Œ END OF CHAT If you are reading this then this is your invitation to sell today. and if you haven't already - do it now. Send an email, write a post, message someone.

The Million Dollar Skool Idea ๐Ÿ’ก
A while ago I spotted a big opportunity on Skool. ๐Ÿ‘€ Even though it was something I have a lot of experience in and "could" do, it's not my main passion, or one where I've had hundreds of client success stories (sales growth & scaling). BUT.... I did happen to have a mentorship client who was the perfect fit. โœ… I messaged her letting her know I'd spotted a big opportunity for her here on Skool (she wasn't using Skool). Fast forward a few weeks we were on a call and I shared the opportunity and my vision for how she could run with it. Just a few hours later she had already taken action, created the Skool group and got her first few members. ๐ŸŽฏ The takeaways from this story? ๐Ÿ’ธ Mentorship with close proximity is where the high-level conversations and big opportunities come. If ever I have an opportunity I always go to my inner circle clients and peers from high-level containers I am in as I know this is where those who are making the biggest moves are (so they won't sit on ideas). ๐Ÿ’ธ Your clients who have more "skin in the game" and have already made a big brave move by paying you high-level prices are almost always going to be the fastest movers. (Remember this person executed immediately). Reason being is they don't hesitate or question their ability as much as those who only make comfortable decisions do. Are they perfect? No But in my 15 years+ experience and feedback from all mentors, peers and clients over the years is that those who are CONTINUALLY stretching and leaning into their edges are almost always your A-players. It's almost always never a budget/money thing (even with those who say it it), it's a "what am I willing to do to make this happen thing?". And those who only make decisions that's don't stretch them.. Only make decisions from where they ARE, rather than where they want to be. Always choose comfort over courage Only consider the "cost" today V the cost of inaction and loss of ROI Are also the ones who don't make big moves, so don't tend to grow, so don't get the big results to match.
